GUEST USER You are a Guest User if you've been invited by a paid subscriber to access SmartVault through a shared portal
As a SmartVault guest user, you have secure access to files and folders shared with you by an account administrator. You'll have your own login credentials and can safely view, upload, download, and search for documents through the Guest Portal.
Getting Started

Activate Your Account
You'll receive an invitation email from your account administrator. Click the link in the email to set up your password and activate your account. -
Sign In
Go to the SmartVault login page and enter your credentials. You can access SmartVault from any web browser on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. -
Explore Your Portal
Once logged in, you'll see the folders and files shared with you. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the interface.
What You Can and Cannot Do

- View shared folders and documents

- Delete files (including ones you've uploaded)
- Move files between folders
- Change account settings
- Modify other users' access permissions
