GENERAL USER
With the SmartVault toolbar for QuickBooks Online, you can attach and store documents directly on many transaction and record types. Attached files land in your SmartVault vault under:
Applications\Quickbooks Online\Documents
Below is the list of transactions where the toolbar is available, along with examples of what you might attach.

Important Notes

- Entries marked with an asterisk (*) must be created and saved in QuickBooks Online before the Upload (paper-clip) appears.
- Entries marked with two asterisks (**) will be supported in a future release.
- You cannot attach documents to types not listed above.
